Pop-up

So I'm trying to figure out why the Blogspot server has crashed this time, and this pop-up comes up: "Additional Penile Enlargement Information", with ads for different systems and such. Why? What has this to do with anything at the Blogger.com site? What the hell is this? [Weird thing: I had a character tease another about penile enlargements in a story I wrote last night (turned in the cyberpunk story late—my excuse is my Alzheimer-y, full-maintenance-requiring grandma).] Why the hell would this pop-up, this particular penile enlargement pop-up, pop up so randomly? Isn't this the sort of product you'd want to target to a specific group? Or is every single person on the face of World Wide Web in desperate need of a penile enlargement mechanism?
